Founded by Brian and Cali Bauer during the 2020 lockdown, Shady Pines Radio emerged from a need to adapt when live events and studio sessions were no longer possible. Their core goal was to create an outlet for underrepresented music and provide a platform for creators seeking to share their voices in the Portland area. What began with just five shows quickly blossomed into a thriving community with over 90 DJs.
