Yes. You can order multiple stations and manage them from your main Radio.co account via the drop down menu at the side.
Your station may have been suspended due to a failed payment. When logging in to Radio.co you will be advised of this and prompted to take action to make payment. Don't worry we keep your data for 30 days. The station will reactivate on successful payment.
Yes. Depending on which plan you have chosen, you can invite a number of users such as DJ's, Music Controllers and Station Managers. Each will have access to specific parts of your station so you don't need to worry about who can see what.

Radio.co accepts either PayPal, Visa or Mastercard Credit/Debit cards. You can choose to be billed in either US Dollars ($), British Pound Sterling (£) or Euro's (€).
Yes. Visit the billing page in your Station's settings to manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds available in either PayPal or on your card. If card payment fails, please contact your card issuer as they may be blocking the transaction. Often they can resolve any problems and you can retry payment again.

Radio.co can broadcast either in MP3 or AAC formats up to 192Kbps. Any tracks uploaded should be in MP3 format. For best results we recommend using stereo files encoded at 192Kbps.
You can upload files by dragging them over to Radio.co from Windows explorer or OSX Finder. Alternatively you can use an FTP client such as FileZilla to connect and manage larger files.
Yes. Radio.co supports Live DJ scheduling. Events for your DJ's can be set up via the station scheduler. Any broadcasting software that supports the SHOUTcast V1 protocol is compatible. You can find support guides for popular software in our help centre, accessible via the App.
Yes, you can enable a second lower quality 64K AAC stream specifically for mobile users. This uses less bandwidth so is ideal for users on a cellular or slow network connection.
Radio.co provides server level access control. This allows you to block/allow certain countries and listening devices/stream rippers on the streaming server. We also include IP flood control which limits the number of connections per IP address, saving your precious streaming bandwidth and maximum connection time limit which will kick listeners after a specified length of time.

Our plans all include HTML5 players which you can embed on your website. These work on most desktop class browsers as well as iPhone, iPad and most newer Android phones and tablets.

Radio.co supports Tunein.com integration at present. You can add your station quickly and easily under Station Settings > integrations.
You can turn on automatic tweeting in station settings to send the now playing information to your chosen twitter account. You can also include share buttons on your embedded players which allow viral distribution of your station over the most popular social media channels.
We provide a standard listen URL for your stream. You can distribute this any way you wish. If added to email or websites the stream will open in the users default audio player.
