Overview

The following relates to the use of Radio.co's Marketplace services and products. The terms supplement Radio.co's general terms and conditions.

Bespoke App Development

Custom mobile apps for your station or network with unique functionality.

• After our initial meeting, Radio.co will provide design mockups for your approval.
• A signed development plan (including timeline and cost) is required before work begins.
• Payment is due upfront. Includes two free minor revisions during development. Additional changes start at $60 (cost varies on work required).

Multi-Station Apps

Multiple station hosting on a singular app tailored to broadcaster preference.

• We’ll share a template-based mockup post-consultation.
• Requires your station details (submitted via our online portal).
• Payment is due upfront. Customisation beyond the template incurs additional fees.

1-2-1 Video Call

Dedicated one-to-one phone calls with the Radio.co team.

• Calls require a pre-agreed agenda and are strictly time-limited.
• Reschedule at least 2 hours prior (late cancellations forfeit the session).
• Submit technical questions in writing beforehand for research.
• Payment is due upfront before the first call.

Station Account Manager

Dedicated account management to help support broadcasters.

• Includes two pre-booked calls/month (missed calls count toward your allowance).
• Email support (UK hours: Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-3). Urgent issues → help@radio.co.
• Technical questions must be submitted in writing in advance.
• Payment is due upfront before the first call.

Dedicated Streaming Pool

Multiple servers located close to a station location for lower latency.

• Servers are placed as geographically close as possible (subject to availability).
• Deployment takes up to 2 weeks (10 business days).
• Latency is reduced but not eliminated ("best effort" basis).
• Payment is due upfront before server deployment.

Station Growth Plan

One-to-one coaching with Radio experts for market growth.

• Initial consultation for personalised growth advice.
• A follow-up call will be scheduled post-meeting.
• No guaranteed outcomes ("best effort" basis).
• Payment is due upfront before the first call.
• Results may vary depending on station size and market.

Music Packages

Fully packaged audio files delivered to stations.

• The service includes sourcing only (Radio.co doesn’t sell/license music).
• You’re responsible for all licensing (streaming rights, royalties, etc).
• Payment is due upfront before work is commenced.

Production & Voice Overs

Broadcast ready production and voice overs for a professional sounding station.

• After an initial meeting, Radio.co will present production and voice over options.
• Third-party vendors may be used (their terms apply and will be shared).
• Free revision limits will be specified in your quote.
• You’re responsible for licensing (voice talent/commercial music).
• Payment is due upfront before production starts.

Audio Insider Courses

Courses in audio production, storytelling, and marketing for broadcasters.

• All courses live under the 'Audio Insider' brand, a subsidiary of Radio.co.
