  • Do you offer a free trial?

    You can sign up to a free trial of any of our services. Click the 'Free Trial' link at the top of the page to get started.

  • Can I have more than one station on each account?

    Yes. You can order multiple stations and manage them from your main Radio.co account via the drop down menu at the side.

  • My station has been suspended, what can I do?

    Your station may have been suspended due to a failed payment. When logging in to Radio.co you will be advised of this and prompted to take action to make payment. Don't worry we keep your data for 30 days. The station will reactivate on successful payment.

  • Does each station support multiple users?

    Yes. Depending on which plan you have chosen, you can invite a number of users such as DJ's, Music Controllers and Station Managers. Each will have access to specific parts of your station so you don't need to worry about who can see what.

  • Can I have more than 1 station?

    Yes, you can add and manage multiple stations under 1 account - Follow this guide.

  • What are addons?

    Addons are additional features like mobile apps or the website builder. Some addons are included in the plans - for more details visit the Radio.co Plans.

    Alternatively, purchase addons in your Radio.co Dashboard > Settings > Billing > Addons area.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Please visit studio.radio.co and click the forgot password link. This will allow you to create a new password.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Radio.co accepts either PayPal, Visa or Mastercard Credit/Debit cards. You can choose to be billed in either US Dollars ($), British Pound Sterling (£) or Euro's (€). For pricing, please refer to the Radio.co Plans.

  • Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

    Yes. Visit the billing page in your Station's settings to manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade.

  • Why did my credit card or PayPal payment fail?

    Please ensure you have sufficient funds available in either PayPal or on your card. If card payment fails, please contact your card issuer as they may be blocking the transaction. Often they can resolve any problems and you can retry payment again.

  • How do I cancel?

    We hope you enjoy using Radio.co and find it effortless to use. If you have any technical issues head over to our help centre within your account to speak to one of the team. If you wish to continue with cancellation, this can be managed in the 'Billing' section of your station settings.

  • What file formats foes Radio.co support?

    Radio.co can broadcast either in MP3 or AAC formats up to 192Kbps. Any tracks uploaded should be in MP3 format. For best results we recommend using stereo files encoded at 192Kbps.

  • How do I upload files?

    You can upload files by dragging them over to Radio.co from Windows explorer or OSX Finder. Alternatively you can use an FTP client such as FileZilla to connect and manage larger files.

  • Can I broadcast live?

    Yes. Radio.co supports Live DJ scheduling. Events for your DJ's can be set up via the station scheduler. Any broadcasting software that supports the SHOUTcast V1 protocol is compatible. You can find support guides for popular software in our help centre, accessible via the App.

  • Can I have a lower quality stream for mobile users?

    Yes, you can enable a second lower quality 64K AAC stream specifically for mobile users. This uses less bandwidth so is ideal for users on a cellular or slow network connection.

  • What security features does Radio.co provide?

    Radio.co provides server level access control. This allows you to block/allow certain countries and listening devices/stream rippers on the streaming server. We also include IP flood control which limits the number of connections per IP address, saving your precious streaming bandwidth and maximum connection time limit which will kick listeners after a specified length of time.

  • What statistics does Radio.co offer?

    This is dependant on the plan you have chosen. Please refer to the Plan pages to see which stats are available.

  • Do you offer players and mobile apps?

    Our plans all include HTML5 players which you can embed on your Website. These work on most desktop class browsers as well as iPhone, iPad and most newer Android phones & tablets.

    Mobile Apps for both iOS and Android will be available shortly after launch.

  • I want to list my station in a directory. Can I?

    Radio.co supports Tunein.com integration at present. You can add your station quickly and easily under Station Settings > integrations.

  • Can I share my station on social media?

    You can turn on automatic tweeting in station settings to send the now playing information to your chosen twitter account. You can also include share buttons on your embedded players which allow viral distribution of your station over the most popular social media channels.

  • What other way can I share my radio station?

    We provide a standard listen URL for your stream. You can distribute this any way you wish. If added to email or websites the stream will open in the users default audio player.
